These Offer Rules explain how bonuses, free spins and Promotions work at Yorkton Casino. They form part of our General Terms, so please read both before you claim an offer.
General rules
On the Promotions page, every promotion includes a short summary of its offer details. Together with these rules, that summary explains what you get, how to claim it and when it ends. If a promotion's offer details conflict with these rules, its offer details prevail for that promotion.
Bonuses are meant for recreational play. A bonus has no cash value until its conditions are met, and it cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
Yorkton Rewards and VIP benefits follow these rules as well as the details shown in your account.
Welcome offer
200 Free Spins, No Wagering, From C$20
Your first deposit, if it is C$20 or more, unlocks 200 free spins on a slot chosen by us. These spins carry no wagering requirements and winnings are paid in cash. Use them within 24 hours of being credited.

Wagering and how games count
No wagering applies to winnings from the welcome free spins. These winnings are added directly to your cash balance, and you may withdraw them under our standard payout rules, including the C$100 minimum for Interac/eCheck.
Some promotions credit bonus funds rather than cash. For these, redemption points replace a wagering multiplier. Playing eligible games earns points, and you need 5 points per C$1 of bonus within 7 days. When you hit the target, the bonus becomes cash.
Points are earned only on the games named as eligible in the offer details, usually featured slots from the Popular and Promotions sections. Any game type that is not named earns no points for that offer. This can include Live Casino tables, table games and Jackpots.
Who can take part
Offers are open to players who meet all of the following:
- Aged 19 or older
- Living in Canada
- Playing from a province where local law permits it and where we accept players
- Holding a verified account
The welcome offer applies to a first deposit only, and each person can claim it once.
Each province has its own rules on advertising gaming incentives. Where a province does not allow offers to be advertised publicly, the welcome offer becomes visible once you have registered and logged in.
Players who have self-excluded, are taking a break through Staying in Control, or have chosen not to receive offers cannot claim bonuses during that time.
Expiry
Any free spins left unused 24 hours after being credited are removed from your account. Cash already won from them remains in your balance.
You have 7 days to collect redemption points. When that period ends without the target being met, the remaining bonus and any points earned towards it expire.
Maximum conversion
Winnings from the welcome free spins are paid as cash, so no conversion cap applies to them. Withdrawals stay subject to the maximum of C$25 000 per day.
Where another promotion caps the bonus funds you can convert to cash, the cap is stated in that offer's details. Anything over the cap is removed upon conversion.
Bonus abuse
We void offers that are claimed or played in bad faith. Examples include:
- Multiple accounts for repeat offers
- Use of someone else's identity or payment method
- Working with other players to meet offer conditions
- Placing low risk bets, such as covering opposite outcomes, to collect points without real risk
- Exploiting software or game faults to meet conditions
Where we identify abuse, the bonus, the points and any related winnings may be voided, and future offers may be withheld. After our checks are finished, we return your own deposit, minus any amount already withdrawn.
One bonus at a time
A single bonus per account can run at any one time. After the current bonus is used up, converted to cash or expired, another offer becomes available to claim.
Opting in
A bonus is only added to your account with your consent. To claim an offer, choose it in the cashier while making a deposit, or on the Promotions page once you are logged in.
If you prefer to play without a bonus, leave the offer unselected. Once spins have been credited, they cannot be swapped for a different offer.
Stake cap during a bonus
We set a fixed value for each welcome free spin, so the stake is not yours to choose.
If a promotion with bonus funds sets a highest stake per spin or hand, its offer details state that figure. Bets above it earn no redemption points and can lead to the bonus being voided.
Changes
We can adjust or withdraw a promotion if a game becomes unavailable, the law changes or we find an error in an offer. Changes never remove spins or cash already credited to your account under the earlier rules.
